FAQ

Questions, answered

How often should my pool be serviced?
For most Fort Myers pools, weekly service is the sweet spot. Our warm climate means near year-round swimming, but it also fuels fast algae growth and shifting water chemistry. Weekly visits keep chlorine and pH in range, clear debris before it stains, and catch equipment issues early. Lightly used pools with little surrounding foliage can often do well on a bi-weekly schedule.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have safe access to the pool area, you never have to be home. Your technician comes the same day each week, and you'll get a short summary after each visit noting chemistry levels and anything we spotted.
What's included in a weekly visit?
Every visit is a full checklist: skimming, brushing walls and steps, vacuuming as needed, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, testing and balancing the water, and inspecting the pump, filter, and other equipment. Filter cleaning is handled as needed.
My pool has turned green β€” can you fix it?
Yes. Our green-to-clean service tests the water, removes debris, vacuums and brushes the surfaces, then shocks and treats the algae before running filtration until it clears. Most pools go from green to swimmable within a few days, with no draining required in the vast majority of cases.
