Our story
Built out of frustration with hardware that wasn't made for the outdoors
Kern Care started with a simple problem: consumer cameras weren't built to survive months alone in the rain, heat, or dust, and industrial equipment was too complicated for teams who just wanted a reliable visual record. We set out to build something in between — rugged enough for the field, simple enough that anyone on a crew could run it.
What began as a small lineup of construction cameras has grown into a full range of hardware for construction sites, research projects, and creative work — each one designed around the same idea: point it, schedule it, and let it run unattended for as long as the project takes.
